The Rio Convertible Tote is a pattern for a soft and slouchy style tote that can be worn three ways! Backpack, in your hand, or crossbody.

The pattern was designed for quilting cotton and has options for cork or vinyl and can be made on a domestic sewing machine! The bag has one zipper compartment on the outside, to hold your valuables. You will also find an interior zipper pocket, to help keep you organized. The bag is turned at the end through the zipper pocket, so the turning gap is well hidden. Once done, you will be styling with this bag by folding the sides to the front or middle and carrying it as a backpack or handbag, OR leave the sides out and hook on your crossbody strap to carry it as a crossbody tote.
